Control room to field crew, without the phone tree

Planned work, faults and restoration all depend on short updates reaching the right people quickly. push.tt connects control, field teams and contractors in live, auditable channels wherever their data connection reaches.

Dispatch once, reach the whole response team

A controller can speak to one crew or a shared incident channel without dialling each person in turn. Everyone connected hears the same instruction at the same moment.

  • Channels can follow regions, depots, work orders or incidents
  • Presence shows who is connected before dispatch keys the mic
  • One speaker at a time keeps restoration traffic clear during a busy response

The instruction is still there after the radio call

Every transmission lands in channel history, where a field worker can replay what they missed or read an on-device transcription when the environment is too loud to listen.

  • Replay one transmission or continue through the sequence in order
  • Durations and sender identity create a clearer operational record than a voice note thread
  • Built-in work email keeps permits, photos and follow-up documents with the employee's work identity

Sensitive infrastructure details are not an open broadcast

Site access, customer details and network faults can be commercially and operationally sensitive. Private and organisation channels encrypt traffic on member devices before it reaches push.tt.

  • Organisation administrators control membership and can revoke access immediately
  • Provisioning, posture changes and emergency actions are written to the audit trail
  • Retention is off by default and visible to members when an organisation enables it

push.tt runs over commercial data networks and is not a certified utility teleprotection, SCADA or safety-of-life system. Keep operational control and statutory communications on the systems designed and approved for them.
