The whole campus, one press away

Leadership, reception, facilities, pastoral teams and site staff need a faster way to coordinate than a phone tree. push.tt gives every team the channels they need on the handsets they already carry.

The current push.tt channels list organised for a school campus

A channel for each team, and one for the campus

Facilities does not need every reception call, and teaching staff do not need every maintenance update. Separate channels keep routine work focused while an organisation channel can reach everyone who needs the same message.

  • One speaker at a time, controlled by the server, so an urgent channel stays intelligible
  • Presence shows whether a colleague is available, busy, in Solo mode or offline before you speak
  • Every transmission arrives in history, so staff can replay a call they could not hear live

Staff accounts without another system to manage

Provision permanent, temporary and contracted staff from the console, place them only in the channels they need, and revoke access when their work ends.

  • Built-in work email gives each employee an organisation address alongside their radio account
  • Private and organisation channels are encrypted on member devices
  • Provisioning, access changes and removals are written to the audit trail

An alert that stays visible until it is cleared

A push notification can disappear into a pocket. A push.tt emergency is persistent state: raised, acknowledged and cleared as separate, audited actions.

  • Emergency overrides Busy, Solo and channel mute
  • The person raising the alert takes the floor even when another member is speaking
  • Abuse controls and an organisation-level off switch are enabled by default

push.tt is operational coordination over commercial data networks, not a certified public-safety, alarm or mass-notification system. Keep the statutory systems and procedures your school requires.

Facilities, reception or pastoral support can prove the workflow before a wider rollout.
