Line, maintenance and supervision, in the same second

A stopped line is measured in money per minute. push.tt puts the operator who found the fault and the engineer who can fix it on the same channel, immediately.

Current channels for line, maintenance and shift supervision

Escalation without a phone tree

A channel per line and a channel per shift, with maintenance sitting in the ones that matter to them, means a fault is announced once and heard by everyone who can act.

  • Server-side floor control, so a busy channel stays intelligible
  • Presence shows who is reachable before you speak: available, busy, solo, offline
  • Everything is recorded, so the next shift can hear what happened rather than read a note

A record of what was said, and when

The channel history is a radio log with durations to a tenth of a second, not a wall of chat bubbles — which is what a downtime investigation actually needs.

  • Replay any transmission, or play straight through what you missed
  • On-device transcription makes the log searchable without sending audio to a server
  • Retention and an org-held archive are available where compliance requires them

Your process stays yours

Fault codes, yields and supplier names are commercially sensitive, and on most PTT platforms they sit in plaintext on somebody else's servers.

  • Private and org channels are encrypted on member devices; our servers relay ciphertext
  • The AI assistant, which does read plaintext, is off by default and quarantined to one clearly-labelled conversation

Try it on one line

Put one line and its maintenance cover on a channel and measure the difference.
